CRT2228 Exit tickets - what are they and practical examples
Exit tickets are a type of formative assessment that gives teachers a quick and easy snapshot of students' understanding and application and of learning experiences and curriculum content at the end of a lesson. A good exit ticket can differentiate student knowledge and understanding, with efficiency and effectiveness. Data can quickly be aggregated to use in a follow up lesson to identify misconceptions or to take the next step in learning. This is a practical workshop on assessment. You will leave the session with an understanding of how exit tickets work and with many examples that you can use in your practice.
