'Teach Meets are opportunities for teachers to collaborate and share their practice and resources with colleagues. At their best they promote high quality teaching practice, reduce workload for all teachers and support teachers to be innovative in their teaching. In this session the emphasis is on trust and confidence. Confidence and trust in teachers has rarely been higher. A recent survey showed that '72 per cent of people trusted that teachers' work was in the best interests of students'. Ironically teachers own confidence and morale has suffered in the last two years of the COVID pandemic. This is an opportunity to work with your colleagues to recognise the great skills that you bring to the community and an opportunity to share ideas to boost the confidence and morale of colleagues.
