Teachers are required to adapt plans constantly to cater for the individual needs to students in the class they are teaching. This is especially true for people working as a Casual Relief Teacher. In this 90-minute session, CRTs will enhance their ability to employ essential strategies for addressing the diverse learning needs of students. The presenter, will cover key topics including understanding diverse learning needs, implementing differentiated instruction, applying Individual Education Plans (IEPs), fostering collaboration, and integrating assistive technology. Through evidence-based approaches, participants will continue to develop their abilities to create inclusive classrooms where every student can thrive. Whether a seasoned educator or new to inclusive teaching, this webinar offers valuable insights to enhance classroom practices within the Victorian educational context.
