Description:
In this session, primary and secondary teachers will reflect on their strengths and explore ways to use them to work smarter, not harder. Participants will learn how to make the most of everyday opportunities for learning and collaboration, develop strategies for managing workload and expectations, and explore simple, practical approaches that can be applied in any classroom to increase engagement and support deeper learning. Focus areas include metacognitive strategies, effective questioning, success modelling, and supporting both high performing and underperforming students.
