Using positive psychology in your work and your life
Positive psychology, or its derivative, positive education, is increasingly being used across the education community. The techniques and resources promoted in positive education can be an important addition to a teacher's toolkit of strategies to support students' social and emotional development. This session is designed as an introduction to positive education and positive psychology. Positive education works well as a school wide philosophy however individual teachers can also make a significant difference in their own classrooms by using strategies and techniques of positive education. It may also make a difference in your own life outside of the school environment.
