Description:
The current teacher shortage has changed the job market for teachers, including CRTs. It is important that you get the right job for you, not just any job. It is important to get a job in which you will thrive and in which you feel you are making a positive contribution. This session offers a series of thought provoking questions that need to be considered before taking up work in any school - be it for a single day, a short placement or a contract position. It will also offer guidelines on how to make good decisions about the teaching opportunities that may come your way in 2024.
