Engaging activities for a primary PE class

Resource and skill development

Description:
For those of us about to teach a Physical Education session, ensuring engaging activities can be both a challenge and a joy. Particular if "Sport" is not generally an area of interest or expertise. This session, is designed to equip Casual Relief Teachers with a toolkit of engaging activities that prioritize both enjoyment and safety. In this 60-minute session, participants will explore a variety of activities tailored specifically for primary-level P.E. classes. From interactive warm-up routines to cooperative team games, we'll delve into methods that keep students active, involved, and excited about physical education. This course will emphasise a supportive, safe learning environment where every child feels encouraged to participate and succeed. By the end of the webinar, CRTs will feel confident in their ability to lead engaging sessions that not only enhance P.E. skills but also foster teamwork and collaboration among students.
