Description:
Some schools are well prepared for engaging CRTs, some are not. The aim of this session is to draw on the experience of CRTs with positive experiences to draw up a 10 point Checklist of what schools need to do to support a CRT in their role. Imagine being able to give that Checklist to a Principal to help them support you in your work. This is a discussion and you need to be prepared to turn on your microphone and camera to contribute. If you are not comfortable doing that - then this may not be the PD session for you. The session will NOT be recorded for the on-demand library.
