STLN2313 Relationships - a reflection on the year
Feedback,
The profession of teaching
Description:
Reflection is an important element of teaching practice and job satisfaction. It provides an opportunity to celebrate your successes and to consolidate your own learning for the next school year. It also encourages us to take the time to consider where things did not go well and identify how we can improve our teaching. In this session the presenter will lead you through a series of reflective questions prompting you to identify where your work on relationships in the classroom made a positive difference to student learning and how you might keep building on your success for 2024.
