Description:
Leaders in secondary schools can drive school wide improvement in student literacy through literacy leadership. This session outlines the ways this process can be conducted in a secondary setting to maximise impact for staff and students. The presenter will describe planning processes, potential action plan and tools for measurement of success. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from one a literacy leader with experience in a range of contexts. The presenter will make use of a current case study and will reflect on processes while the case study is in progress, it is a good opportunity to promote planning and reflection among literacy leaders in all secondary settings. Next year TLN can bring to you the final outcomes.
