Building and leading a team

Description:
To improve leadership in schools we need to better understand how to lead together. We need to be intentional about leadership and reflect on how leadership applies in the unique context of the school in which we are working. This requires each leader to be explicit about how they lead, about their leadership intentions and their focus. In this workshop, the presenter, the former director of the Bastow Leadership Institute and the author of a new leadership book on 'Ecosystem Leadership', will share his knowledge and experience about how being explicit about our leadership intentions and focus can contribute to a more effective and collaborative leadership team.
