Leaders have a responsibility to generate healthy and productive relationships with the parent community. Healthy relationships lead to increased parent involvement in the child's education and supportive relationships with teachers. In this session, the presenter, who has researched extensively in this field, will outline a guiding framework for school leaders in engaging parents. The session will set out successful practical strategies that the presenter has implemented in their school.
