Early Childhood

Description:
There are moments across the year where teachers and educators need to have a difficult conversation with colleagues or parents. This session will support teachers and educators in their approach to managing these challenging conversations that occur within an Early Childhood setting. Kristy will share her vast knowledge in this area and share a range of strategies on how to successfully manage these challenging conversations including if these conversations are unplanned or aggression is involved. There will be an opportunity to do role plays in breakout groups, case study analysis and ask Kristy questions.
