When colleagues have different educationally perspectives there can be tension, disagreements or difficult conversations. There are ways to share different perspectives without getting personal or creating a dysfunctional workplace. In this session, Sarah Louise will discuss why teachers have different education perspectives, how you can best learn from each other and strategies to help communicate in different ways or overcome challenges.
